Who is this class for?

This class is for moms-to-be interested in learning more about their pelvic health and birth. 

What will you learn?

Each class covers different aspects of pelvic health and is guided by your questions. In addition to addressing what's important to you, each session also covers: 

• The basic anatomy of the pelvic floor 
• Preparing your pelvic floor for birth and postpartum
• Strategies to reduce perineal tearing and support your pelvic health recovery

About your teacher: 

Britt is a physiotherapist, researcher and mother. She has specialized in pelvic floor health the last 10 years- treating in the clinic, teaching at university and now developing relevant and fun meet-ups for women connect with each other and learn about pelvic floor wellness. Britt is passionate about empowering women, especially mothers, to thrive in their pelvic health today and for the future.
