About the event

This Q&A is especially for anyone who isn’t sure really where to begin in their c-section recovery. Maybe you’ve recently given birth or perhaps it’s years later- it’s never too late (or too early) to take care of your body. This Q&A is also a great pre-hab for mamas who have a scheduled c-section birth coming up. I mean, people get pre-hab for knee & back surgery, why not for c-sections too?

The C-Section Scars Q&A includes:

  • Anatomy of c-section birth
  • Causes c-section scar discomfort and problems
  • Exercises to restore strength and mobility for c-section recovery
  • Scar massage and desensitization techniques to directly address any pain or sensitivity

The C-Section Scars Q&A is for anyone who:

  • Experiences c-section scar pain
  • Isn't sure where to begin their c-section recovery
  • Has developed an aversion to touching their scar
