Cancellation Policy

Our clinic operates as a fee-for-service practice and does not have contracts with health insurance providers. As such, patients are responsible for the full payment of services at the time of booking. To respect the time of both our patients and therapists, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance (or 72 hours in advance for Monday appointments). This allows us to offer your appointment time to others in need of care. Please note: • Cancellations made within the late-cancellation window or missed appointments will be charged the full appointment fee (100%). • Appointments cancelled prior to the late-cancellation window can be rescheduled without penalty.
